Purchasing behavior towards food stores market during economic downturn. Effect on price and quality.
To investigate how consumers select their household goods products based upon the supermarket preference that offers better price and quality during economic depression. Does value or quality influence the choice of consumer to choose the supermarket? There are three dominant grocery stores in Malaysia which are Tesco, Giant and Mydin. Determine which superstore have lowest price and the best convenient intended for consumer. Thorough, this study will also take a look at whether value or top quality in grocery stores affects the buyer in preference- loyalty romantic relationship. Furthermore, each of the supermarkets get their own speciality in service besides retailing that convenient to all their consumers. In addition, in the greatest service that they offer, value and top quality are what people will focus on when pick the right product to use. Finally, the consumer-loyalty connect with consumer purchase power will probably be taken into consideration to ascertain whether the associated with price and quality on consumer desire.
