Dear Mr. Dorsett,

My spouse and i am pleased to present this overview of a proposed pro-bono project to get the White-colored River Citizens United (and Johnson Region leaders). From this letter, Let me address the project's range, timing, and approach, and i also certainly everyone should be open your group's input and suggestions.

All of us understand that the White River Township part of Johnson Region is currently unincorporated, and that region leaders never have reached a consensus on the appropriate course of action. We believe that Johnson County has 3 viable options: to incorporate because an independent metropolis, to ask annexation with a neighboring town or city (e. g., Bargersville or perhaps Greenwood), and to do nothing.

The project staff will include 4-5 MBA students at the Kelley School of Organization, who will function under my own supervision (I have fastened my CV for your convenience); our target is to offer an independent point of view regarding Johnson County's alternatives. In trying to answer if this area should certainly seek to integrate, we is going to gather and analyze main and extra data which include, but not limited to, the following: 

Interviews with key constituents in Meeks County (WRCU members, region commissioners, mayors, etc . )



Overview of previous analysis/reports on this subject and articles or blog posts written



Possible side by side comparisons to comparable incorporation attempts (in or perhaps out of Indiana)
